Can
I bid on an item even after the auction has closed?
A:
No. We do not accept bids via email. If you wish to place a bid
on a particular item, you must do so during the live auction window.
What
happens if I change my mind after bidding?
A:
Your eBay bid is binding, whether you win the auction or not. This
listing is a contract between you (the buyer) and the seller. If
for any reason you cannot or will not complete the transaction upon
winning the auction, please do not bid. We reserve the right to
file negative feedback and/or Non-Paying Bidder Alerts in accordance
with eBay policy.
What
happens if I win the auction?
A: A
few minutes after winning the auction, the winning bidder will receive
an email containing checkout instructions.
What
are the payment methods?
A: We
accept PayPal for US, Canada and UK addresses only. International
customers may pay by Money Order. All funds should be in US dollars
and from a US Bank.
How
do I pay for my item(s)?
A: All
customers must checkout through the customized, secure checkout
page at http://marketplaceadvisor.channeladvisor.com/pay.asp
How
soon must I pay for my item(s)?
A: From
the moment the auction closes, we must receive full payment within
14 days.
How
do I combine my order?
A: During
checkout, simply check the boxes next to the items in your shopping
cart that you wish to be combined in the same shipment to the same
location.
Why
have I received a Non-Paying Bidder Alert?
A:
It is our policy to send a Non-Paying Bidder Alert e-mail, in accordance
with eBay policy, whenever a customer has not paid for an auction
within 14 days of winning it. If you feel you have received this
in error, please notify us at Sales@sellnetny.com
How
much is shipping?
A: Shipping
costs vary by location. Please see shipping information on listing
page.
Where
do you ship to?
A: We
ship worldwide.
How
do I go about returning my item?
A:
If the item you received is other then described please contact
us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before
returning your item. We will not accept any return without a RMA
number. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
